Now is a good time to set up automatic payments for your 2025 PLPOA dues. You can do this online through the owner’s portal. If you have multiple properties, you will need to set up payments separately.

Here’s what you need to know:

  1. The annual assessment is added to your account around January 25th each year.
  2. The assessment must be received by May 1st to avoid late fees.

Option 1: Set Up Automatic Annual Payments for this year and Future Years (Auto-draft)

  1. Log in at portal.ploa.com (email jenp@plpoa.com if you have issues).
  2. Click on “Payments.”
  3. Scroll down to the bottom of the page. Under “Make a Payment,” select “Auto Draft: Enroll.”
    • Note: You can only auto-draft from a bank account
  4. Set the start month as February. This will ensure your 2025 payment is made on February 2, 2025.  Auto-draft will pull on February 2nd each year.
  5. There is no fee to set up auto-draft (fees are charged on one-time/recurring payments, see below)
  6. The auto draft only applies to assessments and won’t trigger for other charges.

Option 2: Combine Auto Draft with Monthly Installments

  1. 1st follow the steps above to set up auto
  2. Then, set up monthly payments to build credit on your account throughout the
  3. To set up monthly payments:
    1. Click on “Make a “
    2. Under “Payment Type,” choose “Recurring Payment”
    3. Under “Payment Method,” Choose:
      • “Credit Card” – there is a 2.99% processing fee
      • or “Bank Account” – there is a $1.99 processing fee
    4. You can customize your payment options and frequency
    5. Enter your credit card or bank account details
      • When entering bank account details, you can either sign into your bank account directly or click on “enter bank details manually instead.” You will need your routing and account number.
    6. Click on “Continue” and “Confirm & Pay”
  4. Example: If you set $25 monthly to start in March you will have 11 months of the $25 installment, your auto draft in February will only pull the remaining
