Body Sculpting - Fee $4.00 per class - Designed to target each major muscle group, this strength training class will help sculpt and tone your body. And, you'll have tons of fun, too! (Debbee)
Cardio Sculpt/Practical Yoga - Fee $5.00 per class or $25.00 per month - Burn fat through cardio dance, step, ball and low-impact aerobics then strength train using weights, bands and balls. (Kim)
Fit Circuit/Practical Yoga - Fee $5.00 per class or $25.00 per month - Alternate cardio stations with strength training stations to achieve total fitness. (Kim)
Core Fitness - Fee $7.00 per class or Justin's punch card - Core fitness is a full body workout using small weights, bands, and fitness balls. The major exercise discipline is based on the Pilates theories of core stability. Both traditional and non-traditional Pilates moves are used throughout the workout. (Justin)
Pilates - Fee $7.00 per class or Justin's punch card - Pilates is a core strengthening exercise program designed by Joseph Pilates. The goal of Pilates is to strengthen the core of the body to enhance the distal strength of the body. The main focus of Pilates is on the abdominal region of the body, but the program guarantees increased strength and flexibility throughout. (Justin)
Qi-Gong - Fee $5.00 per class - This ancient Chinese martial art fights to keep you in winning form. Qi-Gong combines controlled movement with deep breathing. This class will reduce the effects of stress and improve your immune function. Studies have shown that Qi-Gong can improve balance, lower blood pressure, strengthen bones, relieve pain, and is an excellent aerobic alternative. (Lynnis)
Step Aerobics - Fee $7.00 per class or $40.00 per month - This class is upbeat with fun music and includes warm-up, step, toning, and cool down. (Makaila or Kelly)
Water Aerobics - Fee-Free - Join the water aerobics group for a fun and invigorating hour of camaraderie and water exercises. This low impact workout is wet and wild, incorporating a variety of exercises and stretches. So dive into this free class, enjoy the wonderful pool environment while toning, strengthening, and stretching. (Brenda/Evelyn)
Gotta Dance - Fee $8.00 per class or $40.00 per month - A fun, easy dance with funky moves to great music. You will love getting fit this way! (45 minute classes) (Debbee Tucker)

Boot Camp Boogie - Fee $7.00 per class or $35.00 per month - This heart elevating class is mixed with a little bit of everything from bassic step to kickboxing and boot camp drills using the step, weights and other equipment.
