Body Sculpting - Fee $5.00 per class or $45.00 per month - Designed to target each major muscle group, this strength training class will help sculpt and tone your body. And, you'll have tons of fun, too! (Jessica)
Pilates - Fee $7.00 per class or $30.00 per month - Pilates is a core strengthening exercise program designed by Joseph Pilates. The goal of Pilates is to strengthen the core of the body to enhance the distal strength of the body. The main focus of Pilates is on the abdominal region of the body, but the program guarantees increased strength and flexibility throughout. (Justin)
Qi-Gong - Fee $5.00 per class - This ancient Chinese martial art fights to keep you in winning form. Qi-Gong combines controlled movement with deep breathing. This class will reduce the effects of stress and improve your immune function. Studies have shown that Qi-Gong can improve balance, lower blood pressure, strengthen bones, relieve pain, and is an excellent aerobic alternative. (Lynnis)
Step Aerobics - Fee $7.00 per class or $40.00 per month - This class is upbeat with fun music and includes warm-up, step, toning, and cool down. (Makaila or Kelly)
The Lunch Crunch -fee $5 per class or $40 per month - Are you ready to change your lifestyle? Are you tired of being tired? This class is for you! The Lunch Crunch is a 40 minute class that is just the perfect amount of time for you to get your workout in on your lunch hour. Monday and Wednesday we will do cardio classes and on Tuesday and Thursday we will focus ALL strength to build that lean body mass. (Kelly)
Spinning - Fee $7.00 per class or pre-pay for $5.00 a class (at beginning of month) Brand new to the Recreation Center, this invigorating workout adventure offers a great way to challenge your current routine. We will lead you thru the course consisting of hills, jumps, sprints and recovery. Brent and JaNae will take your workout to the next level!!
